LEVEL DECK

  • Main chassis +/-beams fabricated in house of T-1 100,000 yield steel 16” depth “I” beams.
  • All Crossmembers are 10” wide flange on 24” centres thru main chassis beams
  • Outside rails 16” depth rienforced “I” beams fabricated in house of T-1 100,000 yield steel.
  • Both sides of deck will be will be covered in 2 ¼” oak secured with clips & plated bolts.
  • Horizontal surface of deck 8’-6” x 24’-0” length.

REAR BRIDGE

  • Construction same as deck T-1 main beams 8’-6” wide.
  • Steel checkerplate load bearing fenders.
  • Full depth walk-through plated boomwell closed at rear.
  • Centre front of B/W formed down over 1st axle with 10” x 1” flat bar ramped down to rear of centre deck

TIE DOWNS

  • 1 pair located rear of G/N both sides
  • 1 pair in center of bolsters of rear bridge
  • 1 pair on side of outter top flange of pull out section

OUTRIGGERS

  • 13 per side in rails C/W 2-12’ outrigger boards.

WIDE LOAD

  • Pair of pockets rear of bridge C/W fold down “D” sign.

STORAGE

  • 1- rear of G/N with chain bar & aluminum lockable lid.
  • 1- front centre of deck drainage bottom & lockable lid.

PRIMARY SUSPENSION

  • 3-Air ride 25,000 # 9″ R/H C/W stainless steel load guage & dump located roadside centre bolster.
  • Manual lever style for various heights, located roadside centre bolster.

  • Unit fabricated in house of T-1 100,000 yield rienforced with connections for future extension.
  • Rear of gooseneck has shim pocket C/W shims for shimming front of deck for various deck heights.
  • All hydraulic controls located roadside of G/N.

DOCUMENTS

  • Holder mounted roadside front of gooseneck.

PAINT

  • Black and Yellow, standard colours, commercial sandblast 2 part epoxy primer, polyurethane finish coat; colour black. Underside deck black undercoat.

CONSPICUITY TAPE

  •  To D.O.T Standards Red / Silver

MUD FLAPS

  • 1 pair of Gincor mud flaps at rear

ELECTRICAL/LIGHTING

  • 7-Wire sealed cable harness c/w 7 pin receptacle front of gooseneck.
  • All lighting led grommet mount.

EMERGENCY LIGHTING

  • 2-Pair amber flashing lites at rear of tridem. C/W self charging battery pack & switch for operation when running on highway or when G/N detached for loading.
  • CMVSS/FMVSS approved sealed LED lights, rubber grommet mounted
  • Stop/Tail/Turn Lights at each side
  • Marker lights and mid-turn signals
