Renting from us is straightforward:
Contact Us: Reach out via phone or our online form with your rental needs (type of trailer, dates, duration).
Quote & Availability: We’ll confirm availability and provide you with a rental quote.
Documentation: You’ll typically need to provide a valid driver’s license, proof of sufficient commercial insurance, and you will need to complete a credit application.
Agreement: Review and sign the rental agreement outlining terms and conditions.
Pickup: Arrange a time for pickup from our Moncton location.
Renters are required to provide proof of valid commercial auto liability insurance and physical damage coverage for the rented trailer, naming Trans East Trailers as an additional insured and loss payee. Specific coverage minimums will be outlined in the rental agreement. A valid driver’s license for the person operating the tow vehicle is also required. A credit application will need to be completed.
We offer flexible rental terms, including daily, weekly, and monthly rates to suit various needs. While we accommodate short-term rentals, minimum periods may apply depending on the equipment type. Long-term rentals and leasing options are also available – please contact us to discuss extended durations.

Rental trailers can be picked up and returned to our Moncton location.
Renters are generally responsible for routine checks (like tire pressure and lights) and reporting any issues immediately. Trans East Trailers ensures trailers are well-maintained before rental. We handle necessary repairs due to normal wear and tear. However, renters are typically responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents, as well as tire damage. Specific responsibilities are detailed in the rental agreement.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown due to normal wear and tear, contact Trans East Trailers immediately. We will promptly arrange the necessary service or replacement in accordance with your rental agreement.
