WARRANTY SUBMISSION FORM

Please note the following:

  1. Once Completed and submitted to Trans East Trailers, the warranty claim form will be reviewed and submitted to the Manufactuerer for Analysis​

  2. Failure to submit this form with complete information can lead to delay, and/or denial of any given Warranty Claim​

  3. Trans East Trailers sells trailer with MANUFACTUERS WARRANTIES ONLY. Manufactueres decisions on any claim are final​

  4. Service and Parts needed to correct any warranty claims must be purchased by the customer/operator and will be credited back by Trans East Trailers once an approval has been given by the manufacturer.​

  5. The manufactuerer will require the faulty / damaged parts to be returned to either Trans East Trailers or the manufactuerer

Prior to filing a claim please gather the following documents:

  • Claim details
  • VIN
  • Trailer model
  • Purchase date
  • Date & location of occurrence
  • Incident description
